Real Businesses. Real Impact.

We work with leading businesses to turn circular ideas into business-ready solutions that are practical, profitable and built to last.
Here's what that looks like:

Data-Driven Durability — LABFRESH

Challenge

How do you turn durability into measurable proof and a credible sustainability advantage?

What We Explored

LABFRESH wanted independent testing of their non-iron shirts to back performance claims with data.

What We Did

  • Connected LABFRESH with CITEVE, a leading textile institute
  • Oversaw 50 wash cycle tests vs. competitor (Eton)
  • Analyzed lab data and translated results into consumer-facing, regulation-compliant claims

What We Found

  • LABFRESH shirts outperformed the competitor in all durability metrics: tear resistance, tensile strength, abrasion resistance, water repellency, shrinkage, and appearance
  • Shirts maintained strength, resisted abrasion, absorbed water 20x slower, and stayed smooth after repeated washing
  • Results gave credible claims that strengthen marketing and brand trust

Why it matters

In a circular economy, durability is one of the most powerful levers for creating lasting impact. By independently validating how products perform over time, we equip brands like LABFRESH with the data they need to support their claims, optimize their circular strategies, and inspire consumers to make more sustainable choices.

Circular Business from the Ground Up — Jolo Fashion Group

Challenge
How do you create a circular business model that’s both sustainable and scalable across multiple brands?

What We Explored
Together with Jolo Fashion Group, we piloted circular strategies within one of their brands to explore how sustainability can be a driver of innovation, value, and long-term growth.

What We Found

  • The decision-making framework we created, comparing initiatives by profitability, CO₂ impact, and ease of implementation, proved essential for driving internal alignment and prioritization
  • Circular strategies must account for key stakeholders like retailers, as adoption is based on mutual value and operational feasibility
  • Piloting circular approaches helped identify where they create the most value across design, operations, and sales

Why it matters?
Circularity doesn’t have to start big. A focused, data-driven pilot can uncover the insights and momentum needed to scale smarter business practices across an entire group.

Waste-Free Hospitality — Primal Soles

Challenge
Hotels discard millions of disposable slippers yearly. Could we flip the model?

What We Explored
In collaboration with Primal Soles, we developed a clear business case to help hotels make the switch, without compromising guest experience.

What We Found

  • By comparing the full journey of disposable slippers vs. recyclable cork slippers, we uncovered an 87% reduction in waste
  • Our custom model quantified the CO₂ savings and long-term revenue benefits for hotel partners
  • Guests not only used the slippers, they wanted to take them home, opening up a new revenue opportunity
  • Result: We translated these insights into a compelling 1-pager for sales teams to use in conversations with hotel clients

Why it matters?
Sustainable change can be profitable, guest-friendly, and scalable.

Rethinking Returns — Nordlicht

Challenge
Returns were stacking up, logistically and financially. What’s the real cost? And how do we fix it?

What We Explored
Together with Nordlicht, we analyzed the hidden impact of high return rates and created solutions to tackle the root issues.

What We Found

  • The cost of returns isn’t just in the label, double transportation and unsellable products added up fast
  • Environmental impact? Massive. Each return = two shipments, plus packaging waste
  • We suggested a mix of solutions: smart sizing tools, forward return logistics, and design changes that prevent returns in the first place. All backed by data in our impact models

Why it matters?
When managed strategically, returns can become a lever for smarter operations, stronger customer experience, and circular progress.

Repair, Reimagined — Profuomo

Challenge
How do repairs affect our business model, beyond sustainability?

What We Explored
Profuomo wanted to understand the true business value of offering online and in-store clothing repairs.

What We Found

  • Repairs didn’t just reduce the number of new items sold, they built loyalty and trust
  • Customers who used the service showed higher repeat purchase rates
  • Conversion rates increased, especially when repairs were integrated as part of the shopping experience
  • New upsell moments were uncovered, turning a cost into a margin-enhancing touchpoint

Why it matters?
Repair services aren’t just a CSR move. They’re a business growth lever.
